Great views from the rooms as well as the breakfast, bar, and pool areas. The rooms are clean and updated (as are the other common areas). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options every morning we're incredible. The noise from the occasional wedding can be very annoying, however.

Everything was great but facilities. Old sanitary items , average bed and pillows . Food in the top restaurant is average . The 5 th floor restaurant has too high nose with imposed services to order at least 3 dishes for everyone  , so we could not spend time there with the kid who does not fond of high end cuisine. They ask a deposit even i had prepaid all the days. Car parking is chargeable.  So even the staff is very nice and helpful, the general management is too old fashioned.

Don’t listen to reviews of this hotel being run down. They are currently undergoing a makeover, so make sure that you’re in one of the newly renovated rooms. Amazing views. Amazing staff. Highly recommend.

The best staff there is, they helped us with some things that we forget at the hotel and they shipped all the way in our country. We were so amazed with their amiability. Also a beautiful view.

The view of the ocean from our balcony alone could warrant a five star review, especially from a guy who loves medieval buildings! The rooms are a little dated, but it's classy and the view distracts you from the rest. The staff are so incredibly helpful, you just have to ask and they'll drive you to the city center, reserve tables at the local restaurants or even hook you up with beach towels when you've forgotten to bring any. Pool facilities were great, and the sun beds facing the great view is always a plus.

Stayed here for two nights in October and was fooled by the beautiful looking photos of rooms that we’ve not seen. This hotel is old. Like “real” old. Maybe from the 50/60 years of the past century. If James Bond would have stayed here back then, it might be alright. But not nowadays, not for this price. The breakfast area is beautiful and the food excellent. The pastry chef a genius. But boy are these rooms dated. Do not fall for the images you see online. Trust me! The seaview is nice of course and with exception of the reception (where we had asked for a glass of water in a health emergency situation and which they were not willing to give!) the service was good. This property has huge potential given its location, views, and kitchen. But it’s plundered by whoever runs it down, unfortunately.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, so kind and helpful. You really felt you were special due to their attentive manner, each and every one of them that we met, especially Samantha in the bar and restaurant.
The view from our balcony was incredible! To be able to lie in bed and view a calm aqua blue sea, a beautiful coastline and a warm breeze wafting through was idyllic!
The rooftop bar and restaurant were stunning settings and, even better, the best ever view for breakfast! Talking of breakfast, what more could you possibly want?! Such a wonderful choice of sweet and savoury treats. Spending leisurely time over a wonderful breakfast has to be a highlight of our trip.
